What did you like most about the interview process?
I dont like the interview process at any company really. Most questions are worded so just to confuse you and based only on someone being able to answer them in a structure format like STAR. The responses and capabilites of a person dont even matter.
It was ok new stuff

Meeting the management team and learning more about the company
It was great they help me get everything I needed to get started

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell the truth about the job. Stop blindsiding people about the job to get them in the door. The shock and aww is very real.

shorter and more streamlined would be ideal, entire process took a little over 5 months
