The same reason as in my previous answer. I can work at my own pace 90% of the time. It makes me want to be here. I always take care of everything I need to. If I need to get my son from school or take him to an appointment, it's never an issue.

I am happy at work when I am contributing positively and when I'm able to joke around with coworkers... going out to lunch and the snacks in the break room help as well ;)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The communication between higher-up employees and others is terrible. They're constantly changing their minds and don't tell anyone about the changes. Also, there needs to be women in leadership positions. It's too much of a boys' club.
