There are areas where there are some organization that could be improved. Other than that, everyone is great. My co-workers are wonderful. This is the first company I have worked for that I haven't met the CEO, however. I've had a plethora of jobs and have always had personable CEOs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They let me, and many others go, at the drop of a hat with no warning. They dont care about their employees or compensating them fairly!

Pay is good but benefits could be better like health insurance cheaper.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers don't know how to work as a team. There are a lot of lazy people in my department and they don't take the time to learn their job thoroughly which makes extra work for others. The team lead is extremely lazy and is a terrible example as to what one should be doing in the department.

People that are at the same level as me are great. Communication is probably the only thing that needs work.

Bosses respecting and listening to their employees. Also, they need to put more trust in them. Employees were hired because they're smart and good at what they do, so let them take the lead on more projects instead of rejecting everything and never being satisfied.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The communication between higher-up employees and others is terrible. They're constantly changing their minds and don't tell anyone about the changes. Also, there needs to be women in leadership positions. It's too much of a boys' club.
