Approaching hourly employees, de-escalation, show fairness to ALL employees, holding themselves accountable

Put the phone away they watch tv instead of listen to music which enables them from effectively working

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work harder than anyone in the warehouse I pull numbers only one other person can hit I do a two man job every other day I do not cause problems I work hard everyday to be spat on by management

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Honest management team I was recently told by another employee that I may as well give up my fight with my situation because the other person has been here to long they always get away that’s just how it works here no matter what they do and that’s not right at
