People have been nice to me. My supervisor sets direction, removes blockers and is encouraging while helping us to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture actually varies by team and personnel. Some are a pleasure to work with. Others are combative and uninterested in solving problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was promised eligibility for a 5% raise this year and reassured that the merger and acquisitin by Apollo wouod not impact it. Now I am being told it I al no longer eligible. The person I report to has only given me positive feedback over the last year.
