Guidance and clear expectations are needed.

Connect with their teams to learn about their employee dynamics

Approaching hourly employees, de-escalation, show fairness to ALL employees, holding themselves accountable

Team work and transparency. Actually live the preach of collaboration and democracy as minimum consensus. Secrecy isolation and top down do as I say is outdated

We play catch up to our competitors. No longer producing industry leading products.

I work harder than anyone in the warehouse I pull numbers only one other person can hit I do a two man job every other day I do not cause problems I work hard everyday to be spat on by management

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Put the phone away they watch tv instead of listen to music which enables them from effectively working

I have a partner that gets paid to show up to work late and barely work on my days to pull i pull orders and pack the orders 60% of my shift granted I am one of the very few great workers it's hard to say anything to management when they've vocally expressed they don't care as long i hit my numbers

You could sum it like this with the managers,their wallets come first and they have been caught in so many lies it would put a rug to shame

People work for people not companies. Few are friends with favours. Difficult to build team with them when their role is to feed back.

I would say my co-workers are the best part of the job but they all seem demoralized and afraid to speak up.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Listen to employees complaints andmake some changes

Allow for 100% remote work

Honest management team I was recently told by another employee that I may as well give up my fight with my situation because the other person has been here to long they always get away that’s just how it works here no matter what they do and that’s not right at

Try treating employees as adults,not stupid kids…

Giving monetary awards to share holders and top management at expense of holding back staff will go a long way

Start holding the management team accountable for their actions

Try getting rid of the entire rotten tree and start from scratch

Debt is impacting carrots needed to drive change changing technology and org at same time is over stretching. Too many people left at positions protecting verticals

We have no stock options and the profit sharing was eliminated. No to mention the multiple pay/promotion freezes and elimination of positions.

Hire and or train better managers. Value the employees more and give them real incentive to grow within the company.
