For starters, I'm roughly 99% sure that all the positive reviews you see here were written by either the CEO or exec team. Which tells you two things that we all know to be already true: 1. They are in complete denial about the work environment and 2. They are often dishonest

I work hard to prepare for my calls and sometimes coworkers come unprepared or I don't feel like they are active listeners and participants. The remote work environment makes it hard to see what people are doing when we are in meetings.
Actually listen to your employees. When you see people quitting on a regular basis, care enough to figure out why. Stop sweeping the dirt under the carpet and expecting the house to get clean.
