What are some of the best things about your team?Their dedication and commitment to exceed client expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Being in a virtual environment its not always easy to remain connected to your colleagues, I think the team does a great job of closing this gap by encouraging daily touch points and video conferencing.
What makes you most happy at work?Every day is something different, you never get bored and our clients are the BEST!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?For starters, I'm roughly 99% sure that all the positive reviews you see here were written by either the CEO or exec team. Which tells you two things that we all know to be already true: 1. They are in complete denial about the work environment and 2. They are often dishonest
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Actually listen to your employees. When you see people quitting on a regular basis, care enough to figure out why. Stop sweeping the dirt under the carpet and expecting the house to get clean.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Execs at the top refuse to acknowledge the needs of employees and have made it abundantly clear that they never will.
