What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe part of my compensation is the actual location and atmosphere I work in. Impact does an amazing job w/ social events, catered lunches, available parking, and overall workplace environment that we thrive and work in. The biggest part of my compensation is I love the place I work at.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Highly collaborative. We pull together to get deliverables over the line. If something breaks we fix it together.

It's not an after thought or reaction to doing something wrong. The culture and environment are looked after by numerous staff and volunteers and it makes coming to work so enjoyable.
