What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is a nightmare. Controlling person. Everything needs to be done her way or it’s no way. If it’s not her liking you’ll be written up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication , respect and professionalism.
Communication and transparency for all.
Have respect for staff very rude managers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance isn't just the most cheap option they could find. It's actually pretty good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im an efficient worker and its mosconstrued as lazy because i make it look easy, theres also nitpicking and a lack of compensation for the time ive worked here. My level of professionalism isnt acknowledges or my initiative to go anove and beyond
For the pay rate and the tasks assigned is not comparable. You will do tasks that don’t even relate to you without any recognition
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedication, open to change and content.
We never call out and are good at covering eachothers shifts, communication is good among coworkers
One co worker good person
We're actually a TEAM. This could be way different in other Impark properties though. I guess the ramp I work at is the busiest in the whole city, so it might be different other places.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes the customers am working alone
Good customers and good connection with co-workers
My coworkers and managers are all in it together. That helps a lot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect and neyter management style, going from corporate heads to people with good morals
Better management. They needs to be trained.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was short and not much info.

It’s very easy just be professional. An meet the requirements.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more detailed about the things that you're gonna do when you're hired
Get new managers rude they speak to staff as they were children
