Imprivata Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is the Car allowance

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 2 days ago

Medical benefits are nice but PTO is probably even more important as I stay healthy

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I get to travel and the company takes very good care of us when we do.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

401k matching works well for me

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Pay and PTO are the best parts

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 3 days ago

My compensation package is competitive and more than fair. I feel valued and appropriately rewarded for my contributions.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

do a comparison online of what imprivata pays based on other similar companies - salaries are 15-20% lower than average in the area but the job expectations are the same. come to raises, departments are told to cut 10% for raises which yes are  better than lay offs how

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I feel like I am looked at as the position, not necessarily the person or experience that I bring to the table.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 3 days ago

A few recent postings and discussions makes me feel like they are willing to pay new employees more than existing ones and once you're in, they give minimal raises regardless of inflation or market.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Paid fairly well but could always do better especially with Cost of Living

Review from HR Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I feel that I'm underpaid for the value I add

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I think I should be paid more

Review from HR Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I am the longest tenured person in my role and im paid half of what someone who just joins the company makes. Its embarrassing

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 4 days ago

The company is always trying to find a way not to pay commissions. Some quotas are unrealistic, and leadership sometimes acknowledges this but does nothing to change it. We do a lot of work, and one thing goes wrong that's out of our control, and it's used as a reason to take away the entire bonus.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Working a lot of hours for less than average pay in an expensive area is not ideal

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted a month ago

I've been assigned work and expected to deliver the same as a person with higher compensation in my team. I have had responsibilities of a higher rank with the compensation of a lower lever. Don't find it fair and waited too long for the raise.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a month ago

A market analysis. I feel that for my experience I am underpaid

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted a month ago

The bonus program should be for all employees to reap the benefit when we are doing well as a company and not JUST quarterly Churn. I have worked at places with companywide bonus program where you feel like you have a piece when we do well as a whole organization. 10% or even 5-7% of base awarded

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a month ago

more $ would be better

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a month ago

a lot more work than what is in the scope of my role.

Review from IT Dept

I see teams doing less with more resources, I see team members with similar positions on less projects with less visibility, I don't hear about moves for more headcount without pushing for them, and I have seen my manager take credit for both my own work and that of other team members

Review from Operations Dept

High base salary and more opportunities for higher bonus

Review from Customer Support Dept

I havent recieved a significant raise in years. With the curre t exchange rate, I am making 30% less than two years ago

Review from HR Dept

I think they do a great job with new hires, hiring at market value, but I think long time employees can at times be relatively underpaid.

Review from Engineering Dept

My salary does not match the value i bring and is also lower then comparable salaries on the market.

Review from Sales Dept

A specialized role in a competitive industry should be paid more than market value
