What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Commit to giving all employees annual wage increases that at least match cost-of-living increases. Between reduced/more expensive benefits and low annual "merit" increases, many employees effectively take a pay cut to stay here every year.

Review from Engineering Dept

Recognition. Treat ALL employees equally. Not only the ones in the US and in specific positions

Review from HR Dept

CEO cares very little to not at all about the humans behind the company. So the leadership team is scared to stand up to him and issues get pushed down.

Review from Operations Dept

Understanding what their employees actually do, and how their decisions impact the day-to-day life of their employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Give recognition were it is due. Do not take other people's ideas as yourself's. More communication and more awareness of their teams and what they are doing.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Promotions don't generate a commensurate raise in pay even though the job expectations are much greater. Raises that are below the inflation rate are insulting.

do a comparison online of what imprivata pays based on other similar companies - salaries are 15-20% lower than average in the area but the job expectations are the same. come to raises, departments are told to cut 10% for raises which yes are  better than lay offs how

I feel like I am looked at as the position, not necessarily the person or experience that I bring to the table.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 19 days ago

A few recent postings and discussions makes me feel like they are willing to pay new employees more than existing ones and once you're in, they give minimal raises regardless of inflation or market.

Paid fairly well but could always do better especially with Cost of Living

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

I don't like bizarre technical solutions here

Review from Engineering Dept

They're fine, nothing really to say here.

Review from Sales Dept

Some coworkers always complain about their boss. Some are frustated and over worked or may be don't know their role in the team or may be being more technical everything gets dumped on them. Not a good environment to work in.

Review from Engineering Dept

More commaderie could be helpful for online environment.

Review from Sales Dept

They're fine. I just wouldn't go so far as to say I look forward to interacting. If there were a button for Neutral I'd pick that

Review from Engineering Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Be a little more hardcore/strict/clear with how employees should perform

Review from HR Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Leadership needs to acknowledge those under them.

Review from Operations Dept

Less shaming and passive aggressiveness from management.

Review from Sales Dept

As we've grown and acquired other companies the culture has worsened substantially. Far fewer events, gatherings, celebrations. Bring these back please.

Review from Engineering Dept

To be able to play to their employee's strengths and listen to them. Most of the time I feel ignored. There's a disconnect from top leadership and the regular employees.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

It's work, while I like what I do and some days I enjoy, saying I'm excited to work is a bit of a stretch.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 22 days ago

extra effort isn't rewarded financially for engineers, yet we hear how we're doing better than ever financially at every all hands meeting. also, the execs can't seem to figure out how to organize the company effectively, and that trickles down to my decisions not meaning much

Review from Engineering Dept

Middle level technical and product stuff designs bizarre solutions

Review from Engineering Dept

Nothing. I hate having to work for a living. A four day work week with no dock in pay would do wonders for my motivation

Review from Operations Dept

Culture is toxic and political.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Executive paralysis. More staff upstream to mitigate bottlenecks.
