What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work from home full-time

Our team works well together

My own team is pretty positive. We enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from home when we want/need.

Lots of parties. Lots of free stuff. But no raises and good people keep leaving.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Since the big layoffs in January, morale has been pretty low. Every week we learn of more people leaving (not just those who were laid off).
