We have 5 cashiers above the age of 55 who work at store #88. We have been passed over every year to get promoted to bookkeeper. They keep bringing in little teenagers and giving them the bookkeeper jobs who make more money than us. We are past being fed up with this discriminating practice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The bookkeeper that has seniority in the office. Because of our age she treats us like we are stupid. They let her pick her coworkers and it will never be us.
