The pay scale needs to be improved. Department managment pay is garage. They think the overtime pay makes up for it. Some of the DMs are very picky and want you to do a bunch of extr stuff when you're short handed, which results in you staying over, but then they conplain about you getting overtime.

Friends and acting goofy with each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance is terrible not many people can afford it theres barely any retirement plan
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Allow the department managers to interview the individual. To see if they would be a good fit for the department
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If they pay was better I know alot of people would be more willing to deal with the flaws of the company and stay with this place longer then most do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its not equal across the entire store. Store managers will focus more on a certian department and ignore the rest, even when theres no help in a department and the empoylees are literally drowning in all the work that needs to be done
