I like my job. my dept is a well knit group. company mgmt however is lame. they dont focus on the customer. only the dollar !!!

If youre talking about upper mgmt, then nothing. store mgmt personel are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid fairly during these times. A raise should be at least $.25 every 6 months. that way an employee has something to look forward to if he works hard..
