What did you like most about the interview process?
I really didnt endure much of an interview. The store needed help and my employment there was pretty much predetermined
What makes you most happy at work?
It used to be everything. I took on a lot of responsibility and enjoyed hearing my co-workers praise my work ethic and hustle. The current store manager has created a toxic work envirment and the positivity has diminished
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work the overnight with 2 other people. They give their best. I dont usually work with anyone else. I dont include my store manager as a team member. He doesnt say anything good about his boss or the company and to me, its too negative to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As grocery manager with only 2 crew members I have been scheduled at times to work with nearly no time off. Also scheduled to work in the store completely alone overnight with an overwhelming task list from the store manager. The amount of work and hours worked should be more favorable than they are
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have never worked directly with any of the leadership above store manager. As far as I know they are running a great organization. However my store manager at #305 cussed at me for asking if I could let 2 of my crew members go home after being at work for almost 13 hours. I hope for accountability
