I work here and got told i would nit be scheduled becsuse of me stating I did not want to work there with the unfair treatment I was receiving anymore if it had kept going on. I have never officially stated anything to my boss but have yet to be scheduled since then.

They all talk horribly about eachother secretly

Because they do not schedule me.

Nothing. I am in a constant anxious state at my work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at communication with their workers instead of not scheduling or firing them fir sny tiny inconvinience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot. The treatment is extremely unfair that I am facing at my place of work rught niw with unprofessiinal comments back.
