If you are someone who enjoys dealing with people this job is great. The problem is with payroll. I am expected to show up on time but my pay does not. I am still waiting on a paycheck that was supposed to be deposited in my account on Jan third. That is the only reason I am leaving Ingles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were to be paid what I am owed and get my pay on time I would not want to leave Ingles
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good people who are easy to relate to and seem to genuinely care about people wether it be the customers or employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together very well. No one complains about helping whoever it is that needs help at any given time and there is a real sense of friendship among most of the employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive aspect of this job is that the store servers a small community where people know each other and see each other alk the time so there is a real relationship employes and customers
