Coworkers who become friends are the only way to make it through the day.

Never had an interview. Just filled out paperwork and got a call telling me a day to start.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop playing favorites. Everyone needs to be treated the same. Start caring about the employees and stop treating them less than.
