Everybody likes one another and there's no back talking

I don't feel undervalued, I just wish I understood stocks better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a small town and so everybody looks out for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always ready to help us, and they try their best to make sure everybody is included.
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall work vibe is what makes me most happy. My co workers are always happy to see one another and usually happy to see co workers.
