The co-workers.... that's all I enjoy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be nicer to the staff and actually talk to them like they are real human beings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all nice, fun to talk to, around the same age as me, and I enjoy talking to someone that laughs and has fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes 100%. I don't feel as if i'm wanted or needed while I work there. I would personally make a LOT of changes if I was head office. And I would increase the pay and get better managers that actually know how to run a store.
