i started out hating my job. after 5-6 months i started to love it. i worked constantly. was promoted but still picked up cashier shifts. at this new store i never want cashier shifts because the customers are rude and treat the cashiers badly

most everyone gets along and makes going to work rather enjoyable some days
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people i work with are very understanding and always there when a customer or another coworker upsets us in any way

if you mean leadership team as in managers i love a working in the office with them they just do not manager the cashiers well

the first store i worked at was everything. i would work 7 days a week there i loved the customers and coworkers. it was really sad to see it go. at this other store it’s only some of
What did you like most about the interview process?
i was not really interviewed. i came in with my sister who worked there years before i did and then got the congrats email in the car while i was still in the parking lot. then started 3 days later
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was promoted at my one year and was only given 1 raise instead of two unlike my coworker who was promoted. he got his raise and then a month later at his one year got another raise. it has currently been 9 months since my one year anniversary and i have not yet gotten a yearly raise
