What makes you most happy at work?

When everyone works together except it happens very rarely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking control of problems instead of just looking away and letting things continue to get worse.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel under valued because i have been and employee for 5 years and we are hiring the same positions, unexperienced at my current pay rate.
