Like I have said if the manager treated people with respect I would love it. I actualize what I do but am constantly scared he is gonna show up telling you what you did wrong, the one major time I was not. He had just walked in the door and did not even k ow the situation, no wonder no one stays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the lower level employees are awsome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was no real interview once I act5talked to someone, was more like we will hire anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is to low but I would be ok with the somewhat lower pay if the store manager was not so hateful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part the lower level staff and managers are great. It's the way the manager treats people I have a hard time with. I am not a youngster I have owned my own business and been in management positions at Walmart.
