What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop assuming that the interviewee is an imbecile. For some it is simply an expediant. Offer to provide compensation comparable to Publix, they're going to eat your lunch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very little is Positive. The work environment is antagonistic, dangerous, counter productive, unfriendly, dirty, and full of aggression.How can this company expect anyone to work in such an uncivilized environment. That is the most positive comment I have. You need to correct this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued, because the manager will overwork the competent employees in order to cover for the incompetent employees. He chooses his employees very poorly. They are simply the dregs of society, and hired to fulfill a head count. I am certainly than and the Dairy Manager certainly is.
