I have worked there just seven months and have transferred to a store with the promise of a certain position only to be lied to and not get that position. Also, I am full time but only receive full time hours about half the time and mu full time status is in jeapardy because of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scheduling me the full-time hours I need to stay full-time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with three of our five managers. I believe most in the store feel the same way. The store manager and a customer service manager are sorely lacking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty. Following through with what they say they will do. Also, the store manager brings his problems to work and when he is in a bad mood, he makes everyone else in a bad mood.
