Interactions Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm very appreciative of our health insurance offering. It's very generous in its coverage and the monthly premium is quite low compared to other health benefits I'm aware of.

Review from Engineering Dept

Insurance plans and paid time off

Top-notch insurance, excellent time off, summer Fridays

the health insurance including Benemax

Review from Operations Dept

Gold plan health insurance for family

Review from Customer Success Dept

The base salary is pretty high and the rest is comparable to other companies I have worked for.

Review from Engineering Dept

Our benefits are phenomenal - the best I've had in my career.

Review from HR Dept

Straight compensation is in line with the market but our benefits are exceptional. Our health benefits are fantastic and the vacation, 401K match and other benefits are amazing as well.

Review from HR Dept

1 - Health insurance 2 - Work from home

All of the benefits are great

Best part of the compensation package is the Health Insurance benefits

Review from Operations Dept

I have no real opinion here.

Review from Engineering Dept

The health care benefits offered

401k match, free access to Teladoc, wfh.

Review from Design Dept

medical benefits are THE BEST! 401L match is nice!

Amazing medical package, plenty of time off, and fully remote work

Review from Customer Success Dept

Really great healthcare options for my family.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Flexible Fridays; health care coverage options; special discounts and perks

Review from Marketing Dept

The health insurance is very good

Review from Engineering Dept

The perks and benefits are fantastic, medical is the best program I have ever received, with the Benemax wrap, it costs families very little, basically the premium and copay. Deductible and out of network are covered, thats HUGE!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My responsibilities increased from the date of hire without compensation adjustment, and most employees have not received raises in two years. My home insurance premium just jumped 50% along with other costs of living.

Undervalued is felt to not given raise in the past 3-4 years. I have out performed on all reviews, and still give the company my all regardless lack of incentive.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe the amount of paid time off is seriously deficient. It negatively effects expected participation in family activities and needs. It also seems at odds with industry trends thus affecting talent acquisition.

Review from Engineering Dept

Whether the company can afford merit increases or not, they should do COLA increases every year to account for inflation. If you can't afford to do that, you can't afford to run a business. Like tipping for a meal.

Review from Operations Dept

With the 2 merit increase pauses in the past 3 years, I'm technically making less than what I was making in 2016 due to inflation. I've had at least 2 promotions since then. I'm hoping the merit increases in October will factor that in and pay fair market value.

Review from Design Dept

We haven't gotten even basic cost of living pay increases in a few years now. Inflation is _killing_ the value of my paycheck.

Annual increases. We've not had increases to our pay in 2 years.

Promotion and advancement for proven performance.

Most of my team was laid off last year, so now the work of a whole team is being put on three people. We did not get raises, we did not get a bonus, but we definitely took on more responsibility. You can't keep laying people off and expect the remainders to support your endeavors wholeheartedly...

Review from Engineering Dept

My compensation growth over my tenure is below expectations given my various responsibilities. While I personally don't feel undervalued - professionally, and looking at the data, its a bit different. I think having clearer goals that align with professional advancement would help.

Review from Design Dept

havent received rate increase in two years. cost of living high.

Review from Engineering Dept

I think high performers should be paid as such and not a standardized rate for the position you are in.

Review from Customer Success Dept

It has been a rough couple of years for the company. If I could get yearly cost of living increases rather than occasional merit increase and/or bonus, It would make me feel that things were more stable.
