The last few years have been difficult, I have seen a lot of effort wasted, good people leave for no good reason and only some of the teammates I have left make it worth staying. Anoop is gone but the damage is still unfolding. Its a little depressing.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This is Jeopardy! Anoop's lack of technical knowledge did damage, but his unwillingness to listen was catastrophic, why did the correction take so long? How much of the data we keep is truly worth keeping and even legal? How expensive should it be to generate a reports vs. handle calls?
