Its been very positive experience, and challenging at some points, but I've enjoyed the opportunities I've had and, for the most part, enjoy working here. With any job there are days, but those tend to be few and far between.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to address UX needs by utilizing new/unique solutions and the support other teams provide in those endeavors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation growth over my tenure is below expectations given my various responsibilities. While I personally don't feel undervalued - professionally, and looking at the data, its a bit different. I think having clearer goals that align with professional advancement would help.
