
Everyone - including cross departments - is helpful to each other and always welcomes questions with quick responses. There are close teams across the company where everyone supports each other.
My responsibilities increased from the date of hire without compensation adjustment, and most employees have not received raises in two years. My home insurance premium just jumped 50% along with other costs of living.
Open communication; proof they know when the company's direction needs to be tweaked and outlines the appropriate steps for them and the company to take. It appears they take calculated steps and not drive the 'ship' in a willy nilly fashion.
Working with others....although that experience has changed a bit since Covid. We're all remote, so we don't enjoy the old camaraderie activities such as Friday night drinks, group lunches, 'water cooler chats' and so on. We make the best of it though!!!
