Mr. Lucas Schmeddes serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd. Mr. Schmeddes serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ice Futures Singapore at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. Mr. Schmeddes serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ice Clear Singapore at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director and Member of the Management Board at ENDEX European Energy Derivatives Exchange N.V. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board at APX-ENDEX Gas B.V. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of APX Holding B.V.(also known as APX BV) since November 1, 2008 and its Member of Group Management Board. He served as a Finance Director of APX Holding B.V. since January 1, 2007 and was responsible for all APX Group Finance and Corporate Affairs.
