Executive Bio

Ms. Lynn Martin has been President and Chief Operating Officer of ICE Data Services at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. since July 29, 2015. Ms. Martin is responsible for managing global data operations including exchange data, pricing and analytics, reference data, desktops and connectivity services that cover all major asset classes. She served as Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Liffe U.S., LLC. Ms. Martin was responsible for the day to day operations of NYSE Liffe U.S. as well as acting as the main interface for Exchange members from an operational perspective. She served as Senior Vice President of NYSE Euronext. Ms. Martin joined NYSE Euronext in 2001 and has served in a number of leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of New York Portfolio Clearing. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear U.S. Ms. Martin began her career at IBM in their Global Services organization where she served a variety of functions, predominately as a project manager within the financial services practice. She serves as a Director of New York Portfolio Clearing, LLC (NYPC). She serves as a member of FIA IT Division Board. She serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Science at Manhattan College and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Ms. Martin holds a BS in Computer Science from Manhattan College and an MA in Statistics from Columbia University.
