Mr. Mark Wassersug has been the Chief Operating Officer of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. since November 15, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations from November 12, 2013 to November 15, 2017. Mr. Wassersug is responsible for overseeing ICE's global trading and clearing platforms and technology including all IT infrastructure, data networks, data center engineering and operations. Prior to joining ICE in 2001, Mr. Wassersug worked as a strategic planning and technology consultant in Internet infrastructure and ecommerce for Exodus Communication. Mr. Wassersug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and completed a Master of Business Administration at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
