I would like to see more investment in an employees learning, specifically job skills. Certifications or new feature functionalities. I love the MDP but that is only half. Especially IT needs more paid tech training/certs. Strong community involvement program. Overall, great company and people..

The first week of my employment, I was surprised how helpful everyone was. 11 years later I am not surprised but I can still say everyone is so helpful. They will help or get you to the right person. I've never been refused or pushed away. This extends to the ERG's. Strong desire to support everyone
