I enjoy working with my team and seeing them learn and grow

My leadership team is in a state of flux, so I'm not certain at the moment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and pressure put on me to make my team successful without the proper tools is how I feel undervalued. A leadership team that understood and was able to do my job and support me to do my job would help.
