Culture and Diversity is lacking - we have a black woman in charge of diversity, but still have not figure out what she does. Our culture team, is a joke, we have no idea what they do or even promote culture. I have so many ideas to say

Respect and mutual admiration and we work well as a team
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, people like me and value what I bring to the table
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They speak of mental health - give us a "mental health day" without tapping into our PTO
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Including more lower management people of diversity/race,gender and age to feel included. It is always the usual suspect you see - pretty young attractive people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NOTHING - we have this "culture" team, but nothing is done to even know they exist accept some perfunctory newsletter on how great our culture is. Actions speaks louder than words
