Overall they care about each other, and do what they do to support the local team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing achievements...longevity, accomplishments such as maintaining a safe working environment. pay that increases when responsibilities increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tenure of employees. Most have been here 5+ years with many at 10, 15 and 20+ years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've had a lot of responsibility added to me without any increase in pay to account for it. However if some responsibility is taken away the money is immediately taken away.
