There are a lot of people in the leadership team who truly care about the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of passionate, brilliant and caring people. If Iron Mountain wants to continue their growth trajectory they need to take care of the truly great people they have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid competitively in the marketplace. I wasn't even in my 'range' before the last couple months. Throughout my career at Iron Mountain this has been a constant. Ask for each of us to take on more and more work but you will not be compensated fairly.
