We work as a unit. Everyone is here to help and have the same goals and initiatives in mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Become more in-line with salaries with comparable sized organization. Our base salary in sales is 15-20% lower (from candidates) which is NOT allowing us to attract TOP talent, and sales are suffering from it.
