I like their interest in developing the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am underpaid considering the Job Profile , Responsibilities and Market rate . I will feel better if local Market research is done regularly and salaries are amended accordingly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pace is very fast and local market requirements / specific are not considered. Alignment with Support Functions is not working well, decision are taken by Support Function that are affecting the country performance negatively
