Since I have started I have only seen improvements and growth in the business. I have also seen the extension of better benefits where able such as longer maternity leave and more coverage for short term disability. I think benefits in the US are difficult for a company to score well in on surveys.

Overall it is very diverse, inclusive, supportive, and caring with a powerful drive for growth and success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is diverse and inclusive, they are extremely supportive and eager to help each other and the business improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with and the work I do is ever changing in ways that keep it interesting but not too stressful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide clear transparent direction, they are confident in their decisions, they are very inclusive, and they seem to truly care about their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't say there is a best part, some of the benefits I utilized the most have either gone away or are no longer needed. The US insurance industry has too much control over costs to state that any aspect of the plan is best or can be changed. At least the benefits team tries to provide alternative
