Everything out of leadership's mouth is lip service. They practice not one thing they preach.

Stop pretending that you deliver value. Being busy is not the measure that we should be looking at.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clear goals from top to bottom. This is the worst company I have worked for in terms of goal setting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay equity is none existent at Iron Mountain. Employees with the same experience and doing the same work should not be paid 40-50K less than their peers.
