It's been, overall positive. I'll say that, for such a large org, immediate access to a live person for closer hand-holding w/onboarding benefits (& questions thereafter) & IT issues is minimal & somewhat frustrating. Everything is opening a ticket & back & forth; no relationships are established.

with so many remote workers, I feel oddly more connected than I have in the past when working in an office;

Trust from managers and co-workers in ability to make decisions, ask questions, and get work done w/o micro-managing. Love remote, as it helps immensely with peace and calmness (environment, lighting, lack of extra talk/conversations) - just so much more productive and happy.
