I like working in this company, I like my colleagues and the way that our daily routine works. I only would like that the benefits and payments would be more appropriate to other leading companies because they are more appropriate to small companies.

That we all ''pull'' in the same direction and try to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everybody tries to provide the best solutions and engage all the team in discussions to find the best solutions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They update us with all the required information. They seem to care about the employees and do their best to provide the best things to us like individuals and as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to my friends working in other companies with similar experience and on similar roles I am underpaid and I don't have the same benefits that they have. The only thing keeping me here is that I have the flexibility to attend to my college courses.
