I value my experience at Iron Mountain and hope to continue working here a long time, but I hope the company realizes that their reputation as a hiring employer suffers some due to the lower salaries. There are many positives but those tend to be overshadowed with the major revenue push.

When I can complete a project or task and feel a sense of accomplishment, and when my team contributes to revenue growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Iron Mountain pays at the lower end of competitive salary ranges and has high expectations for output that make work/life balance challenging. Hiring the necessary amount of staff to do the actual work would make it easier to achieve the work/life balance that IM promotes.
