I enjoy what I do and where I do it. The company is good. There is still some instability due to the acquisition of ITRENEW by Iron Mountain and there is always the thought of the job I do being eliminated.

Everyone is pretty happy and friendly and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are vested in me, both personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on extra duties but without extra pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion. Being a disabled person, the job were do here is perfect for someone with my disability. The company is very accomodating.
