Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought into this position at a low salary. There is not much anyone could do to make me feel better about it. The reason I stay is that it is very comfortable and Not many people are hiring at this time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our Company brought us in at a low rate and as I moved up in position I remained at the bottom of the pay scale. New people coming in were paid more than existing employees. The option was to bid out on other positions or leave. Salaries are just low here. Below the average.
