What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people. The expectations from ITW corporate leadership are unrealistic, but being surrounded by talent makes the journey easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?My sales colleagues are seasoned sales folks and great team players. My VP GM is ex sales and does a great job in leading our group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The bonus structure is average compared to the flexible films market. The health insurance and 401k at ITW is above average.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Nothing to improve at this place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We have a unique film that customers cannot source elsewhere. We charge an egregious price for it and our service is average at best.
