    The people. The expectations from ITW corporate leadership are unrealistic, but being surrounded by talent makes the journey easier.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    My sales colleagues are seasoned sales folks and great team players. My VP GM is ex sales and does a great job in leading our group.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    The bonus structure is average compared to the flexible films market. The health insurance and 401k at ITW is above average.
