Until the government implements policy to curb this, it will never change. The Irving's will never be challenged when it matters and even their direct reports are too afraid of them to speak their mind.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I feel that I work together well with my coworkers, but the toxic culture has everybody feeling weary and my coworkers wear their sentiments on their sleeve.
